The symposium is expected to be held in person at the Academy Palace in Brussels on 11-12 May 2022. The organisers will fully implement the official Covid-19 measures and follow current best practices for public events and international travel. The symposium will also be livestreamed for those who wish to participate digitally.
Planning your attendance
We have all experienced the difficulties of planning events and travelling internationally during the ongoing pandemic. We are closely monitoring developments and we will be ready to adapt our event according to the changing situation.

Register as soon as possible. Registration is free and you can cancel at any time. However, in-person seats are limited. Register now.
Book accommodation with refundable conditions. If you need to book accommodation in Brussels, be aware of the high demand of hotels in Brussels. We recommend booking refundable rooms in advance so you can cancel if needed.
